Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Destinations
Van Gent Studio currently ships to Belgium and countries within the European Union.

We currently do not offer delivery outside the European Union.

3. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over €75 delivered within Belgium.

For all other orders, available shipping options and their corresponding costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

5. Delivery and Risk
Van Gent Studio remains responsible for the goods during transport until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive them, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If you arrange transport using a carrier that was not offered by Van Gent Studio, the transfer of risk may take place when the goods are handed over to that carrier.

6. Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at vangentstudio@gmail.com with your order number so that we can investigate the issue.

7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
