Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Van Gent Studio of your decision by contacting vangentstudio@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

2. Returning an Item

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect the product as you would reasonably do in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order, where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact vangentstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
