Refund policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at vangentstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
